Note: Beds and chairs are made to your individual measurements. Once a bespoke order is confirmed and placed into production, it cannot be cancelled.

Our demonstrations are typically held within independent living communities and similar settings, where residents can see and experience the products in a relaxed group environment.
If you’re interested after the demonstration, we then carry out individual measurements and consultations to ensure the product is tailored specifically to you and your needs — which is done in your own living space.
Are your beds and chairs bespoke?
Yes. Our adjustable beds and rise-and-recline chairs are tailored to your individual measurements and requirements to maximise comfort, support, and ease of use.
Can I choose colours and fabrics?
Absolutely. You can choose from a wide range of colours, fabrics and finishes so your bed or chair complements your home décor and personal style.
How long does delivery take?
Timescales can vary depending on the product and specification, but we will always give you a clear expected timeframe at the point of order.
Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?
Because our beds and chairs are made to your individual measurements and specifications, all bespoke orders are custom-made and enter production immediately once your order is confirmed.
For this reason, bespoke products are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed and the deposit has been taken, as they cannot be resold.
This reflects UK consumer law, which provides an exemption from the usual cancellation rights for goods made to the consumer’s specific requirements — including individual height, weight, measurements, configuration and material choices.
